TUTORING @HOME
We are happy to be able to offer you the Tutoring service
HERE YOU CAN KNOW THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT WE HAVE IN SPELT
IT IS NECESSARY TO ACCEPT THEM TO CONTINUE TO REGISTRATION OF THE SERVICE
A.-The home tutoring service is a service operated by SPELT Idiomas S,C. (hereinafter SPELT) that entitles the client to receive the service of a tutor at their home within the established hours. The frequency and schedule are chosen by the client. The client requests the home tutoring or support service, specifying the hours and frequency of the service, as well as the number of children who will receive the service, their ages, and the grade they are in. The home tutoring service can be contracted for a minimum duration of 4 weeks. The client can confirm if they want the next 4 weeks, 15 days before the end of the current period, so as not to assign the tutor to any other service. In the event of not receiving confirmation of the contract for the following period, it is understood that the service is not required, so the academic area proceeds to assign the tutor to another address. Once the Terms and Conditions have been signed, and having received payment for the service, the tutor is assigned. The academic area in SPELT requires 15 calendar days, after the client's payment, for the assignment of tutors or teachers. Both the schedule and the frequency chosen by the client cannot be changed during the period. If you need a schedule change, or the number of children receiving the service will change, it is essential to notify the SPELT administration 15 days before the end of the month, in order to apply it in the system and make the change in the amount to be paid. in case it is required.
B.- If the client needs to cancel a tutoring session, it is considered already given. Due to the nature of the service, we do not have class replacements. If for any reason, the tutor does not show up for class, there is the option of sending a substitute tutor that day. If this is not possible, the amount proportional to that day is discounted to the client in his payment for the following month. This does not apply in the event that there is contagion of COVID-19, where it will be applied to the company's protocol, which you can read on the next page.

C.- SPELT will be in constant communication with the parents or guardians of the students to determine what is necessary for the correct development and learning within our tutoring.
D.- By signing the Terms and Conditions, the client agrees to receive the service from SPELT, understanding that the tutors are collaborators of SPELT, and cannot be hired directly by the client. In the event of knowledge of a job offer to the tutor by the client, the service is terminated immediately, without the need to reimburse what has already been paid, demarcating at that time any obligation that SPELT may have with the client.

E.- If the client needs to cancel the tutoring service with SPELT Idiomas, it is essential to notify the SPELT administration, via email, at least 2 weeks in advance. Upon receiving the notification, SPELT Idiomas undertakes to provide the service until the end of the period contracted and paid for by the client. In the event of a sudden cancellation, where the client decides not to continue with the remaining weeks, he would do so under the understanding that SPELT will not be able to refund money, nor will there be a balance in favor of classes.
F.- The client agrees to pay the amount of the service that is contracting, 10 calendar days before the start of the service, and in what refers to subsequent periods, the deadline will be no later than 5 calendar days before the start of the next period . Holidays are not replaced, in December only the proportional to 3 weeks of class is charged. In Holy Week and Easter we do not have classes, however, these weeks are not charged.
G.- The payment methods for the tutoring service are Moneypool or Interbank Transfer. If the client requires an invoice, payment is made by bank transfer. The client has to notify the SPELT administration in order to generate it, and add VAT to the published cost of the service. In the event of non-payment, SPELT is released from the obligation to continue providing the service, temporarily or permanently.
