We are happy to have you as a client
HERE YOU CAN KNOW THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT WE HAVE IN SPELT
IT IS NECESSARY TO ACCEPT THEM TO CONTINUE WITH THE REGISTRATION TO YOUR COURSE
A.-Language Courses are a service operated by SPELT Idiomas S,C. (hereinafter SPELT) that entitles the client to receive instruction for learning the chosen language, at the frequency and time set at the beginning of the course, said time having been selected by the client himself. SPELT has six (6) levels for teaching any language, each with a duration of 90 hours of face-to-face or online instruction. At the end of these 6 levels, the client can choose to take Conversation levels. In face-to-face classes, the hours are only considered valid when they are given at the center chosen by the client for that purpose, and cannot be transferred to any other center. In online classes, only classes taught via Zoom Business are considered valid. SPELT provides the service of locating the client in any of the six levels, this by applying a location test, which has an additional cost, unless otherwise agreed with SPELT. Once SPELT determines the level at which you should start, the schedule and frequency of the classes are determined, the Contract and Terms and Conditions are signed, the invoice is sent to the client, payment is received, and the teacher assignment. SPELT academic area requires 7 business days after payment for teacher assignment. Both the schedule and the frequency chosen by the client cannot be changed during the duration of the course, unless otherwise agreed with SPELT. The level assigned by SPELT cannot be changed by the client, unless there are sufficient elements to do so and with the consent of the SPELT Coordinator. The necessary material will be provided by SPELT at the beginning of the course, and must be paid in advance, before starting the course. The extra material that the client needs during the course will be charged at the end of the month in which it was delivered to the student. A course cannot start, if payment is not received from the client in advance.
B.- The client can cancel only 180 minutes of class per month with the benefit of being able to replace them at no additional cost, this under the sole condition that the cancellation is made twenty-four (24) hours before the class to be cancelled. That is, the client can only have 3 hours (180 minutes) of classes per month that appear as CANCELED IN TIME. From the fourth hour of class canceled by the client WITH TIME (more than 24 hours), they will not have the right to replace it and it will be taken as a class already taught, that is, it will be billed as if it had been canceled WITHOUT TIME. The 180 minutes of CANCELLATIONS IN TIME, may be recovered within the following 30 days after the date the cancellation occurs, with the exception of absences that occur in the last month of the course. In this case, the last day to recover any cancellation will have to be BEFORE the end date of the level. If they could not be recovered, the client will understand that they have lost said benefit.
C. When the client (student or group) cancels a class with less than twenty-four (24) hours, they do not have the right to a replacement and it is taken as a class already taught, that is, the client agrees to pay for said class even if there has not been one. taken, for having canceled it with less than twenty-four (24) hours. It is considered as CANCELLATION WITHOUT TIME. If the client wants to recover a CANCELLATION WITHOUT TIME, he has to pay said class again.
D.- SPELT has no obligation to offer its services to any other person or group not specified in this contract. The client undertakes to finish the level that he will study, receiving ninety (90) effective hours of class for this. During the course, the client may put their classes on stand-by only once, and exclusively in cases of force majeure, not exceeding said temporary suspension of 2 weeks of class. In case you want to put your course on stand-by, the client has to notify the SPELT administration at least 8 days in advance, in order to fill out the corresponding form and proceed to notify the administrative area. In case of extending the stand-by, the client will have to settle the remaining hours for compliance with this agreement (90 course hours). SPELT does not allow students to be added to courses once the course has started.
E.- At the end of each level, SPELT will award a diploma to students who have met the course objectives and who have more than 85% attendance. The objectives of the course will be provided by SPELT at the beginning of each course, containing a schedule for purposes of measuring progress and time. Students agree to electronically sign their attendance on the teacher's cell phone at the end of each class to verify both their attendance and that of the teacher.
F.- To control the quality of the service, SPELT applies a satisfaction survey to evaluate the teacher's performance, this survey is carried out when the course has progress of more than 50%, and is done electronically. The client has a set period to answer it. The results will be communicated to the client if he so wishes. This survey is carried out independently of the one that the client does as an internal process. By signing this document, it is understood that the client agrees that SPELT performs said evaluation.
G.- The client can agree to pay for their level in different schemes, such as total payment of 90 hours in advance, 3 packages of 30 hours, a different scheme offered in person, or also pay month by month, until completing the 90 hours of the level. The contract will be valid during the period of 90 class hours. When you finish the level, and want to start another, you will have to sign the Terms and Conditions again. SPELT will send the client the new quote, which will have to be accepted by the client to continue. Both SPELT and the client agree to comply with at least 90 hours of service (classes). In the event that the client wants to cancel the service before the 90 hours of the course, the missing hours will have to be settled.

In case of default, the customer will pay a fee for surcharges of 8% of the monthly billing amount on his next invoice. In the event that the non-compliance in class or material payments is greater than two months, SPELT, derived from this non-compliance, is released from the obligation to continue providing the service, temporarily or permanently. If the client does not recognize any charge contained in the invoice, they can request SPELT to review it, in this case the maximum payment term will be within ten (10) business days from the invoice review. and an agreement has been reached with SPELT.
