ONLINE CLASSES
Group Courses open to the General Public

We are happy to have you as a client

HERE YOU CAN KNOW THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT WE HAVE IN SPELT

IT IS NECESSARY TO ACCEPT THEM TO CONTINUE WITH THE REGISTRATION TO YOUR COURSE

A.-Language Courses are a service operated by SPELT Idiomas S,C. (hereinafter SPELT) that entitles the client to receive instruction for learning the chosen language, at the frequency and time set at the beginning of the course. In GROUP classes, SPELT chooses its schedule and frequency of the course. These Terms and Conditions are valid for courses taught online. SPELT has six (6) levels for teaching any language, each with a duration of 90 hours of instruction. At the end of these 6 levels, the client can choose to take Conversation levels. Class hours cannot be transferred to another person or group. SPELT provides the service of locating the client in any of the six levels, this through the application of a location test, online, which has no cost. In GROUP classes, the schedule and frequency of the course cannot be changed during the duration of the course, unless otherwise agreed with SPELT. The necessary material for the online course will be provided by SPELT at the beginning of the course. The 90-hour levels are divided into 30-hour modules for the convenience of the client in relation to payment. The client agrees to take the full level of 90 class hours.

B.- In GROUP classes, cancellations are allowed where the group agrees and decides to move or cancel the class for any reason. The GROUP can only have 2 hours (120 minutes) of class per month that appear as CANCELED IN TIME. From the third hour of class canceled by the group WITH TIME (more than 24 hours), you will not have the right to replace it and it will be taken as a class already taught, that is, it will be billed as if it had been canceled WITHOUT TIME. The 120 minutes of CANCELLATIONS WITH TIME, can be recovered within the following 30 days after the date on which the cancellation occurs, with the exception of absences that occur in the last month of the course. In this case, the last day to recover any cancellation will have to be BEFORE the end date of the level. If they could not be recovered, the group will understand that said benefit was lost. In GROUP courses, students understand that if the student is absent, there are no individual replacements.

C.- SPELT has no obligation to offer its services to any other person or group not specified in this contract. The client agrees to finish the level that they will study, making the corresponding payment of the fees marked at the beginning of it, understanding that the 30-hour modules are only to facilitate payments, since the level consists of 90 hours._cc781905-5cde -3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_

D. The minimum number of participants for GROUP classes is 6 students. If this number is not met, the start date is rescheduled within the following two weeks from the original date of the course. In case of not completing the necessary quorum for the class, your refund is scheduled in the following 5-7 days after the cancellation notice.

E.- The client agrees to pay all the fees related to his course and material in the stipulated periods. Failing to take the class, or withdrawing from the course, does not exempt the client from paying the remaining fees. If the student wants to drop the course, they have to cover the missing payments to finish the 90 hour level. Courses with recurring payments by PayPal are not cancelable. In the event that the payment is rejected by the client's bank, the client must cover said fee by bank transfer   or change the account in which the charges will be made. The client will receive a payment reminder 8 days before, so that they keep the necessary funds in the account and be able to debit the payment. The levels are 90 hours long, and the packages are designed precisely for the student to finish the entire level, in order to advance to the next one.

F.- The courses or levels do not extend the date. In the case of GROUP COURSES, there is no class stand-by. In some cases or special dates, such as Christmas week or Easter, the GROUP can agree to recover those hours from before, and be able to take a break.

G.- If the student is enrolled in a course with a different duration, such as 30-hour courses, 20-hour seminars, exam preparation, 40-hour modules, etc., the same Terms apply in relation to payment, mentioned in subsection former. By enrolling and signing this document, you agree that you will cover all fees for the contracted course. If the course or seminar consists of a single payment at the beginning, it is covered before starting.

H- Online courses are taught through the Zoom Business platform. It is the responsibility of the client or student to have the application installed before starting the course. A league is automatically sent where you can take your classes. The schedules of the courses taught at SPELT are based on the time zone of Mexico City, unless otherwise specified. Students are responsible for verifying said information in case they live in another city or country, as well as being aware of possible time changes in summer/autumn according to the calendar set by the Government itself. The student has a stable internet connection to take the course, and if he does not have it, he will look for a way to connect, separating SPELT from any problem with his connection.

I.- At the end of each level, that is, upon completing 90 class hours, SPELT will award a diploma to students who have met the course objectives and who have more than 85% attendance. Students agree to electronically sign their attendance at the end of each class to verify both their attendance and that of the teacher.

J.- To control the quality of the service, SPELT applies a satisfaction survey to evaluate the teacher's performance, this survey is carried out when the course has progress of more than  50%, and is done electronically.

K.- During the course there could be periodic evaluations to report the progress of the student or group. This helps us a lot to compare the objectives with the performance and achieve the proposed goal.
