A.- The services of MAESTRO SOMBRA, AUXILIARY MONITOR, THERAPEUTIC COMPANION, HOME TUTORING, are services operated by Asómbrate! by SPELT Languages S,C. (hereinafter AMAZED!) that entitles the client to receive the service within the established hours and terms. The frequency and schedule are chosen by the client. The client requests the service, specifying the profile of the person, the hours and frequency of the service, as well as the number of children who will receive the service, their ages, and the grade they are in. Once the candidate's request is approved, and having passed all the necessary filters to start, the service is assigned.

B.- In the case of the SHADOW TEACHER/MONITOR ASSISTANT (hereinafter TUTOR) services that are offered within the school where the student attends, the minimum duration is 3 hours, and the maximum is 6 hours, knowing that We wait for the student to be handed over to his parents or to whomever they indicate, and understanding that this may take an additional 10-15 minutes, which are included in the TUTOR's fees. If the client requires more than 30 additional minutes, WOW! may compensate the TUTOR in his fees.  

C.- The adjustments to the academic program must be made by the TUTOR. Always trying to achieve the integration of the student to his environment. As far as possible, it is requested to allow the child to explore little by little, learn, become independent.

D.- Due to the nature of the service, we do not have substitute teachers, so in the remote case of an absence on the part of the TUTOR, it is necessary to notify the family immediately and BE AMAZED! . If the TUTOR accumulates 2 or more absences during the month, it is a reason for immediate withdrawal.

E.- BE AMAZED! will be in constant communication with the parents, as well as with the TUTOR to determine what is necessary for the correct development and learning within the service. Punctuality is extremely important and they are asked to arrive at the service 15 minutes before.

F.- In case of having provided material to the TUTOR, it is understood that it is under the property of ASÓMBRATE and its sole purpose is to be used in the assigned service. LThe tutor is not authorized to copy or reproduce it in whole or in part, for any other purpose.

G.- By signing the Terms and Conditions, the TUTOR agrees to provide the assigned service, representing ASÓMBRATE! at all times, understanding that the clients contracted the service through ASÓMBRATE!, and not directly with the TUTOR. In case of knowledge of any offer by the TUTOR to the parents to provide the service outside of ASÓMBRATE!, the immediate withdrawal is made, without the possibility of continuing to offer their services in this division, or in any other within the organization, defining ASÓMBRATE! of any pending obligation with the tutor. 

 

H.- Payment days in ASÓMBRATE! They are the 10th and 25th of each month. December is paid only for the weeks in which the service was provided, as well as on Holy Week or Easter.
