A.- The SUMER CAMP 2021 service will have a home modality and a salon modality, the client chooses which one they want to register for. It is a service operated by SPELT Idiomas S,C. (hereinafter SPELT) that entitles the client to receive the service of a teacher at his home within the established hours. The frequency and schedule are chosen by the client. The client requests the service specifying the number of children who will receive the service, their ages, and the grade they are in. The SUMER CAMP AT HOME service at home can be contracted for a minimum duration of 2 weeks. The client can confirm if he wants the next 2 weeks, 5 days before the end of the current period, so as not to assign the teacher to any other service. In the event of not receiving confirmation of the hiring of the following period, it is understood that the service is not required, so the academic area proceeds to assign the teacher to another address. Once the Terms and Conditions have been signed, and having received payment for the service, the teacher is assigned. 

 

B.- If the client needs to cancel a day, it is considered already given. Due to the nature of the service, we do not have class replacements. If for some reason, the teacher does not show up for class, there is the option of sending a substitute teacher that day. If this is not possible, the amount proportional to that day is discounted to the client in his payment for the following period, or is reimbursed.

C.- By signing the Terms and Conditions, the client agrees to receive the service from SPELT, understanding that the teachers are collaborators of SPELT, and cannot be hired directly by the client. In case of knowledge of any job offer to the teacher by the client, the service is terminated immediately, without the need to reimburse what has already been paid, demarcating at that time, any obligation that SPELT may have with the client.

D.- If the client needs to suddenly cancel the service, where the client decides not to continue with the remaining weeks, they would do so with the understanding that SPELT will not be able to refund money, nor will there be a class balance in favor.

 

E.- The client agrees to pay the amount of the service they are contracting, no later than the Wednesday before the start of the period, in order to schedule the purchase of material, planning, etc. for their children.

 

F.- The payment methods are Moneypool or Interbank Transfer. If the client requires an invoice, payment is made by bank transfer. The client has to notify the SPELT administration in order to generate it, and add VAT to the published cost of the service.
