HERE YOU CAN KNOW THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT WE HAVE IN SPELT
IT IS NECESSARY TO ACCEPT THEM TO CONTINUE WITH THE PROCESS.

SPELT offers the service of recruitment, evaluation and selection of personnel for different positions within Educational Institutions. SPELT is responsible for conducting interviews with the aspiring candidates, as well as applying their own psychometrics in accordance with the job description.

The salary/salary will be set by the client and SPELT will not be able to modify it to the detriment of the latter. The process begins with the registration of the vacancy in our portal, as well as with the payment corresponding to 50% of the selected package, and ends with the assignment/hiring of the candidate for the required position. The approximate term for the assignment is 6-8 calendar days from the date of payment. At the time of hiring the selected candidate, SPELT will send the client the second invoice, for the remaining 50%, to be settled within a maximum period of 10 days. 

Once our service has ended, and the candidate is already working/collaborating with the client, if he voluntarily resigns within 20 days of the hiring date, SPELT undertakes to re-recruit, evaluate and select a new candidate at no additional cost to the client, as long as said resignation was not for reasons attributable to the client. The guarantee is eliminated when the client does not comply with what is offered in the contract. 
SPELT will provide in favor of the client the services consisting of the validation of references that the candidate refers.

 

During the process, the client can reject the proposed candidate, giving a brief explanation of the reasons he had for not wanting to hire him. We do not take as valid reasons applicable to the person, and not to the profile or the vacancy (Example: Age, appearance, sexual preferences, etc.) that have not been discussed or included in the form at the time of contracting the service. According to the contracted package, the next candidate will be presented, this will happen within an approximate period of 3 business days from the date the previous one was rejected.

The initial payment will not be refundable in the following cases:

* Change of job profile by the client once the search has started.
* Change or delay in the contracting date for reasons attributable to the client and for this reason the candidate is no longer available.
* Cancellation of the requested service during the first week of hiring it.

The equivalent of 70% of the remaining payment will be charged in the following cases:

* If the vacancy is filled with candidates coming from the client directly.

* Cancellation of the requested service when 2 or more candidates have already been presented and the client decides not to continue with the process.


Our objective is to give the client the confidence that they will have the best candidate for the service they require.

 

As experts in Languages, the evaluation of the candidate's knowledge and command of the English language is offered at no additional cost, as well as his degree of knowledge of Methodologies for Eteaching of said language. If the client requires evaluations in languages other than English, it is necessary to quote it separately.
