CANCELLATION POLICY - TUTORING SERVICE

If the client needs cancel the tutoring service with SPELT Languages, it is necessary notify the SPELT administration, via email, at least 2 weeks in advance. Upon receiving the notification, SPELT Idiomas undertakes to provide the service until the end the month contracted and paid for by the client. In the event of a sudden cancellation, where the client decides not to continue with the remaining weeks, he would do so under the understanding that SPELT will not be able to refund money, nor will there be a balance in favor of classes.
