SPELT offers the service of recruitment, evaluation and selection of personnel for the position of Home Tutor. SPELT is responsible for conducting interviews with the aspiring candidates, as well as applying their own psychometrics in accordance with the job description.

The salary/salary will be set by the client and SPELT will not be able to modify it to the detriment of the client. The process begins with the payment corresponding to 1 month's salary, and ends with the assignment of the candidate to the required position. The approximate term for the assignment is 6-8 calendar days from the date of payment.

Once the service has started, if the candidate proposed by SPELT voluntarily resigns within 30 days after the start date of the service, SPELT undertakes to re-recruit, evaluate and select a new candidate at no additional cost to the client. as long as said resignation was not for reasons attributable to the client. The guarantee is eliminated when the client does not comply with what is offered to the candidate.

SPELT will provide in favor of the client the services consisting of the validation of work and personal references that the candidate refers.
