The tutoring service offered by SPELT Idiomas is taught at home. In the event that a child or the guardian presents symptoms related to the COVID-19 virus, the service will be suspended for 3 days until the result of the laboratory test is known. If it is positive, we will put the service on standby for two weeks to avoid any possible contagion. In those weeks, the service can be delivered virtually if the client so wishes.

 

In the case of relatives or people who live in the same house as the children or guardian, with suspicion of contagion, we will not suspend the home tutoring service, until we have a positive laboratory result for COVID-19 from one of them.  In this case, we will request a 7-calendar-day isolation only to see if the tutor or the children present any symptoms related to the COVID-19 virus. If there are no symptoms, activities are resumed after 7 days.

There is no discount in fees, nor hours in favor of classes suspended or canceled due to suspicion or confirmation of contagion of the COVID-19 virus in the students, tutor or direct relatives of both, it being understood that the teacher's contract is still in force at that time. , as well as the payment of their fees. We will not send a replacement teacher, even if the client wants to pay for it. Let's all protect ourselves!
