A.-The home tutor/therapist service is a service operated by SPELT Idiomas S,C. (hereinafter Asómbrate!) that entitles the client to receive the service at his home within the established hours. The frequency and schedule are chosen by the client. The client requests the service, specifying the hours and frequency of the service, as well as the number of children who will receive the service and their ages. The home tutor/therapist service can be contracted for a minimum duration of 1 month. The client can confirm if they want the next 4 weeks, 15 days before the end of the current period, so as not to assign the tutor / therapist to any other service. In case of not receiving confirmation of the contracting of the following period, it is understood that the service is not required. Once the Terms and Conditions have been signed, and having received payment for the service, the tutor/therapist is assigned. The academic area in Asómbrate! requires 15 calendar days, after the client's payment, for the assignment. Both the schedule and the frequency chosen by the client cannot be changed during the period. If you need a schedule change, or the number of children receiving the service will change, it is essential to notify the administration of Asómbrate! 15 days before the end of the month, to be able to apply it in the system and make the modification in the amount to be paid, if required.

B.- If the client needs to cancel a session, it is essential that they give notice with more than 24 hours so that said session can be recovered. In case of notifying less than 24 hours, the session is considered already given.

C.- Be amazed! will be in constant communication with the parents of the students to determine what is necessary for the correct development and learning within our service.

 

D.- By signing the Terms and Conditions, the client agrees to receive the service from Asómbrate!, understanding that the tutors/therapists are collaborators of Asómbrate!, and cannot be hired directly by the client. In case of knowledge of any job offer to the tutor by the client, the service is terminated immediately, without the need to reimburse what has already been paid, demarcating at that time, any obligation that Asómbrate! may have with the client.

E.- If the client needs to cancel the service completely, it is essential to notify the Asómbrate! administration, via email, at least 2 weeks in advance. Upon receiving the notification, Amaze! undertakes to provide the service until the end of the period contracted and paid for by the client. In case of a sudden cancellation, where the client decides not to continue with the remaining weeks, he would do so under the understanding that Asómbrate! You will not be able to make a refund, nor will there be a balance of sessions in favor.

F.- The client agrees to pay the amount of the service that is contracting, in periods of 4 weeks. The days of payment will be made known to the client for easy administration. Holidays are not replaced, in December only the proportional to the weeks taught is charged. During Holy Week and Easter you can hire the service, notifying them in advance.

 

G.- The payment method is Interbank Transfer. If the client requires an invoice, they must notify the administration of Asómbrate! to be able to generate it, and add VAT to the cost of the service. In the case of non-payment, Asómbrate! is released from the obligation to continue providing the service, temporarily or permanently.
